Marketplace — Specialist Terms

Specialists listed in the Particle Post marketplace agree to the following conditions:

  • Accurate representation. All information provided in your application (credentials, case studies, certifications, pricing) must be truthful and verifiable. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal.
  • Response SLA. You agree to respond to qualified leads within 48 hours of delivery. Repeated failure to meet this SLA may reduce your ranking or result in suspension.
  • Lead billing. Specialists are charged $25 USD per qualified lead delivered. Charges accumulate throughout each monthly billing period and are auto-debited from your saved payment method at period end. Stripe emails each invoice directly.
  • Non-circumvention. For 12 months following introduction through the platform, specialists agree not to circumvent Particle Post by soliciting or accepting engagements with introduced clients through channels that bypass marketplace billing.

Clients submitting project briefs through the marketplace acknowledge:

  • Leads are introductions, not guarantees. Particle Post introduces you to pre-vetted specialists but does not guarantee engagement outcomes, quality, or availability.
  • Disputes are handled directly. Any disputes arising from an engagement are between you and the specialist. Particle Post acts solely as an intermediary platform.
  • No platform liability. Particle Post is not a party to any agreement, contract, or work product exchanged between you and the specialist.

Lead Billing Terms

  • When a lead counts.A lead is billable when delivered to a specialist's dashboard and accompanying notification email. Acceptance or response by the specialist is not a prerequisite for billing.
  • Refund policy. Delivered leads are non-refundable. Credits may be issued at sole discretion for demonstrably fabricated leads (spam, fake contact information, or duplicates within 30 days).
  • Cancellation. Specialists may cancel billing at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Outstanding usage through the cancellation date remains due.

Marketplace Platform Liability

Particle Post provides the marketplace on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty regarding specialist quality, outcomes, or fit. You indemnify Particle Post against claims arising from engagements facilitated through the platform. In no event shall Particle Post's aggregate liability to any party exceed the fees paid to the platform by that party in the prior 12 months.
