For CFOs evaluating AI workforce transformation, Medvi establishes a real upper bound on capital efficiency, not a planning template. The companies that map that ratio accurately in 2026 will hold a structural cost advantage by 2028. The ones that copy Medvi's governance gaps will be explaining themselves to regulators around the same time.
